Priority’s Email Marketing Benchmark Study Digs Deep

Since we do a lot of our work within the markets of healthcare and financial services, those clients are always interested in gaining our insights on what others in their industry are doing, or how their campaign stacks up to the rest of the pack. Because of this need for benchmarking data, we thought it would be helpful to conduct a formal study of all our email marketing results from the past few years.

We started by partnering with the MBA program at the University of St. Thomas here in Minneapolis. They really helped us dig deep into the data and understand what was significant and what was not. All of this analysis has since served as a great resource for us and the clients we work with, and we’re really excited about it!

On a similar note, Brian Bierbaum and I will be presenting a webinar on Reaching Your Credit Union Members with Email Marketing, in partnership with the Arizona Credit Union League, on March 16, 2010. It should provide a nice overview of some of the findings. Shortly afterward, we’ll post a recording of it in a blog post and we’ll update this post with the link. We look forward to sharing that with you as well.
